Miller Family of Saint Cloud MN
It's been a busy summer. Sandra left us in
mid-June and has returned to her life in Germany. We really enjoyed
her year with us and hope it was good for her also.
Ken taught a summer class. Since that ended, he's been doing home
improvement. The latest project was a new shower for the downstairs
bathroom. We still want to paint the entire downstairs and hope to
get that done before school starts.
In June I began working at the church 2 days a week. It's been
different after 20 years of setting my own hours. But I enjoy being
out of the house a bit. It's only a temporary job, ending in
December.
Amanda and I went to Synod School in Iowa again this year. Another
good time for us. We both enjoyed seeing friends we had met before
and look forward to next year. Amanda will graduate to adult
classes, but she plans to volunteer with the senior high group.
