I
have been in a knitting slump for a while. Nothing inspires me. But
Nancy McF suggested the Waves in the Square shawl so I ordered some
yarn for Knitpicks and have cast on. Not much progress so far
because I'm trying to finish other projects.

Here's a picture of DD in her mobius wrap over her prom dress. It's
from Cat Bordhi's "A Treasury of Magical Knitting" which I picked up
really cheap at a yard sale. I had fun with the technique (using a
47" needle) and will probably try some of the other patterns. Now we
must decide if we will use the fringe or not on this wrap.
